Samm has spent much of his career in sales as both a top performer and team leader. He moved into recruitment in 2009 and was the top performing consultant for a well known global recruitment business.

He co-founded Knowit in early 2013 with a vision to make it the go to recruitment agency for Digital Product businesses going through growth. He is immensely proud of the business and the wonderful team within.
