My client puts the research at the heart of developing the product roadmap, and the user research team is at the forefront of this. The User Experience Research Manager will ensure we effectively deliver insightful research and analysis relating to the experiences of their partners, and incorporate this insight across the business.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing research as a resource by growing and developing the UX research presence
  • Ensuring that research is offering clear value and that insights are being utilised
  • Driving a organisational understanding of what UX research encompasses, and the different components of this (process and methodologies)
  • Ensuring that UX research team members are trained in the required UX methodologies and techniques (qualitative and quantitative)

Requirements

  • Have previous demonstrable experience of working in a senior / lead / User Research Manager role
  • Able to grow and manage a user research team of 6 (currently at 2)
  • Prior experience of working within a tech company
  • Are passionate for creating good design and appreciate the impact of design on product
  • Ideally have a degree in HCI, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Anthropology, or something similar
